My Sister’s House Legal Department provides trauma-informed legal assistance and advocacy to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. We offer free support with restraining orders and family law matters, including child custody, child support, spousal support, and dissolution of marriage. Our team provides consultation, assistance with completing legal documents, and limited-scope representation on a case-by-case basis to help survivors achieve safety, stability, and independence.
