Counseling & Psychoeducation

trauma-informed, culturally responsive individual therapy sessions that honor each client’s lived experiences in domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. We promote healing in a safe, supportive space. Sessions are held either in person or via telehealth. 

 

In addition, we offer a 12-week Domestic Violence Education and Support Group. Each week is dedicated to a topic related to domestic violence. Education is meant for victims to understand the different forms of abuse, build self awareness, and develop tools for empowerment, safety, and self-advocacy. Group is held every Friday from 11am-1pm via Zoom.
